In short
Reading this website needs no account. Its pages have no forms and no comments, set no cookies of their own, run no advertising and use no analytics tools. We do not ask for, and do not store, anything about you when you read them.
Two things happen at a different address, SocialWire Studio (socialwire-studio.vercel.app): creators we invite sign in there, and anyone can send us a complaint or a reply there. For those we do keep information. It is described below and in the Studio privacy notice.
What happens when you visit
- Our pages, pictures and videos are served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare keeps technical logs such as your IP address, the time and the page asked for. We do not use these logs to identify or follow visitors.
- Pictures and reel videos come from our own media server (media.nevorai.com).
- If one of our saved reels cannot play, we show Instagram's own player instead. Instagram then sees your visit and may set its own cookies, under Instagram's rules, not ours.
- Search runs on your phone. The words you type are not sent to us. If you share a search page link, the words are part of that link.
- Links to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X and other sites take you to places we do not control.
Information about creators and others
For each creator we show what they have made public themselves on their Instagram profile: name, photo, bio, follower count and reels. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 does not apply to personal data that a person has made publicly available themselves (section 3(c)(ii)(A)).
Other people may appear in a reel. If you appear in a reel and want it taken off, or you want any information about you removed, write to us. We answer within 24 hours and decide within 15 days.
Creators who sign in, complaints and replies (Studio)
- Creators we invite sign in to Studio with an email and password. We keep their name, email, Instagram handle, follower count on the day we checked it, the reels they add (our copy), the debunks and replies they write, a record of the licence they accepted (with a scrambled version of their network address), and a log of what our team did on their account and why. A creator can download this, change their page, or ask us to delete their account from Studio.
- If you send a complaint or a reply we keep the name, email and message you type, and the reel or page it is about. We use them to read and answer you. Your email address is never shown on the site. A bot check from Cloudflare (Turnstile) runs on those two forms.
- We do not sell this information and do not use it for advertising. Our service providers (database and sign-in, hosting, media storage, email and reading public Instagram information) are named in the Studio privacy notice.
- To see, correct or delete what we hold about you when you are not a signed-in creator, write to the Grievance Officer below. We answer within 24 hours.
Children
The public pages collect nothing from anyone, including children. Studio is by invitation to creators, and the complaint and reply forms ask for a name and an email. We do not knowingly accept information from children.
Changes
If we add forms, accounts or analytics to the public pages, or change what Studio keeps, we will update this page and the Studio notice before we do. The date at the top shows the latest change.
