Voters will decide who controls Congress, which writes national laws and budgets. Some Indian-origin candidates could be the first of their kind in an office. Our sources say Republicans now control both houses of Congress. Our sources do not say how the vote could affect India.
Our sources name no Indian Article, Section or court order on this issue. The vote runs under US and US state rules, and our sources give no exact legal text. They do mention the Epstein Files Transparency Act, a US law passed in 2025. Our sources give no section numbers for it. They report no court ruling on it.
Obama says voters can answer what he calls chaos, cruelty and corruption under Trump by voting for Democrats. Ramaswamy's campaign says its ad about Amy Acton is about honesty, not abuse. Acton says Ramaswamy used her painful childhood to save a struggling campaign. Trump and Vance defended the ad, while Ohio Governor Mike DeWine asked for its removal.
The results are not known, because the vote is on 2026-11-03. It is open whether Democrats win one or both houses of Congress. Our sources say it is unclear whether Ramaswamy will pull his ad. He had refused as of 2026-10-24. The result for Khanna, Srivastava, Komatireddy and Aruna Miller is also unknown.
